VISA Information

Visa-Exempt Entry Countries 

Nationals of the following countries are eligible for the visa exemption program, with duration of stay of up to:

  • 90 days: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Poland, Paraguay, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, Vatican City State
  • 30 days: Belize, Brunei (except those holding diplomatic or official/service passports), Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Malaysia, Saint Christopher and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore, Thailand (except those holding diplomatic or official/service passports)

Designated Countries 

Nationals from the following countries applying for visitor visas to the R.O.C. must fulfill the procedure of this section:

  • Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, India (Identity Certificate), Iraq, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria

Hong Kong and Macau Residents

Mainland China Residents

For the Mainland China passport holders, it is necessary to apply VISA for entry into Taiwan. Due to the complicated procedures, it is strongly to contact conference secretariat 3 months before the conference date!

第一步骤 请先完成在线报名 (https://iffpss2020.com.tw/)
第二步骤
预计12/15 前截止收件		 请确认完成会议报名，告知大会秘书处，我们会委请佳安旅行社提供后续协助
(紫色项目由旅行社提供，蓝色项目由申请人提供):
  1. 大陆地区人民入出台湾地区申请书
  2. 身分证正反面, 照片2吋(白底)
  3. 在职证明(A4需服务单位开立正本，并用机关章)
  4. 专业证明(A4复印件，执业证明或最高学历毕业证书)
  5. 机构证明(A4复印件，机构之立案证明)

*上述材料敬请提供电子文件JPG/PDF格式

请备齐上述材料后，并E-mail回传至佳安旅行社协助办理(请务必注明参加IFFPSS2020)。签证申请时程约10个工作天后公告核准与否。

核准后，佳安旅行社将先通知缴费，待收到费用后其入台证将E-mail至申请人之电子邮箱。

 由所在单位按规定履行报批手续：
  1. 向贵学校及单位的国际合作处咨询来台相关流程
  2. 向贵单位申请来台手续

Southeast Asian Countries 

Applicable to citizens of India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia and Lao and the applicant possesses at least one of the following documents issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, or the United States:

  • Valid resident or permanent resident card
  • Valid entry visa (may be electronic visa)
  • Resident card or visa that has expired less than 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan
