Welcome to the 9th World Congress of Facial Plastic Surgery in Taipei, Taiwan.

Taiwan Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is the first Asian full member of International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies, we are honored and excited to host this unique meeting, because it is the first time that the World Congress of Facial Plastic Surgeries to be held in Asia.

The theme of this world congress is to meet Asia and meet the world. We cordially invited speakers and attendees all over the world to share their experience and passion in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery here in Taiwan.

Utilizing the common global interaction and the under the concept of global beauty, we facial plastic surgeons must not only focus on local patients also on international clients, therefore it is very important for us to communication with colleagues from different countries, recognizing the need of people from different culture.

Taiwan is an energetic island full of beautiful mountains, canyons, beaches, amazing food, friendly people and attractive mixture of modern with traditional culture. According to the Global Peace Index (GPI) issued by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), Taiwan ranked second in the list of safest countries in the world with low exposure to crime and also ranked highly in term of heath care, economic freedom, education, human development, More than 14,000 expats living in 191 countries were asked about their quality of life, personal finance and work-life balance in the latest InterNations Expat Insider Survey. Taiwan’s nature, friendliness and advanced economy have helped put it above the likes of the U.S., Australia and Hong Kong as the best place in the world for expats to live.

  • The onsite decoration and lunch boxes for the participants will be extra order and purchase by the sponsors which the number of meal boxes will be decided by the Congress. Because the congress venue is in TICC, the lunch boxes must order from TICC Cosmos Hotel Taipei.
